Hunter Lake Bluff – 3rd Addition

LRC provided conceptual design, civil engineering, planning and entitlement submittals / approvals, and construction administration for the Hunter Lake Bluff 3rd Addition. The project included 24 single-family residential lots served with public roads, public utilities, and a city-maintained stormwater management system. Construction was complete in July of 2025 and LRC is currently working on the 4th addition.
