Huntington Ridge is a 120-unit condominium development that includes single-family homes, twin homes, and triplex units. Staff provided site design, preliminary and final plat mapping, construction documents, bidding assistance and construction administration from concept through construction. The most significant challenge on this project was the storm water management system, which was an upland tributary to a regional stormwater system.
