New Adventures Learning Center provides childcare for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age children. The center experienced a great deal of success and was interested in expanding their space to serve more families in the community. This project included expanding the parking capacity, improving bus access, and maintaining the outdoor play spaces tailored for different ages. LRC provided development coordination, entitlement submittal and approvals, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services. LRC also designed the mini-storage facility adjacent to this project, which allowed us to optimize the shared stormwater management system and ensure smooth transitions between the two properties.
