20 years after LRC founder Todd Olin helped develop a significant 10+ acre commercial development in Grand Rapids, MI, LRC received a request to complete 3D renderings for a redevelopment of one of the original project parcels. The renderings were for a marketing package to illustrate reducing existing hotel space and incorporating street-level restaurant and retail space. The renderings were incorporated into the marketing package, which resulted in letter-of-intent and a re-development project.
